Edward Backhouse

EVP CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Ed Backhouse leads the end-to-end customer experience at Skedulo, the global platform for deskless workforce productivity. He has over 23 years’ IT and project delivery experience in SaaS, Cloud technologies and complex integrations across banking, health, non-profit, utilities, and government sectors. Ed believes that today’s technologists require a deeper understanding of customer needs in order to provide exceptional solutions that create lasting community benefit.

Ben Rasmussen

GLOBAL CUSTOMER EDUCATION LEAD

Coming from a healthcare customer that implemented Skedulo, Ben came on board as a Customer Success Manager supporting healthcare customers all over Australia learn and adopt the Skedulo solution. 3 years later and Ben is now launching our new Customer Education initiative to educate and empower customers all over the globe.

Stefan Panzer

DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS APAC

Stefan leads Customer Success at Skedulo for Asia Pacific. He has over 20 years of experience in industries such as entertainment, construction, hospitality, non-profit, and IT, having specialised in SaaS Customer Experience over the last 8 years. He has managed Projects with start-ups to Fortune 500 companies on 3 continents, is very passionate about business psychology, and a firm believer that the effective use of technology relies heavily on building a mindset that embraces continuous change.

Rebecca Rawlinson

SENIOR MANAGER, HEALTHCARE VERTICAL

Rebecca Rawlinson Leads The Healthcare Vertical in the APAC Region at Skedulo. With over 15 years’ experience in the Healthcare and Not for Profit Sector, Rebecca is a registered Occupational Therapist and experienced Manager in leading designated change projects to deliver improved customer experience outcomes, system implementation and financial stability in response to the changing NDIS & Aged Care market.

Ken Perara

DIRECTOR, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT – ENGAGE

Ken brings years of experience to the table having worked across big corporate, government, startups and unicorns, where he has led strong purpose-driven teams to deliver products in healthcare, manufacturing, finance, telecommunications, and eCommerce.

Parking

Valet parking is offered at a rate of AU$84 per car per day with a entry height of 2m. Alternatively, two adjacent parking lots are available – Wilson Darling Harbour Car Park or ICC Car Park.

By Train

Airport Link Trains are available between Sydney Airport and Central Station, approximately every 10 minutes. To use this service, you will need to purchase an Opal Card from the station, Relay or WH Smith. For more information, including fares, maps and travel planners, visit the Airport Link website or phone.
From central Station transfer onto the light rail – L1 line and stop at Convention Centre Light Rail – the station is located 100 metres from the hotel.

The Room

Our event is being hosted in the Byrne Room. Upon arrival, you can go to the front desk to ask for directions to the room or alternatively, keep and eye open for our friendly team wearing a Skedulo shirt.
