2023 Melbourne customer event
It’s that time of year again where Skedulo customers from around Australia gather together for a day filled with networking opportunities, roadmap insights, community discussions and the opportunity to share your voice.
The event will aim for a 8am for 8:30 start and finish around 4:45pm. Networking and drinks will take place after the event, so be sure to block out some extra time to stick around.

Ed Backhouse leads the end-to-end customer experience at Skedulo, the global platform for deskless workforce productivity. He has over 23 years’ IT and project delivery experience in SaaS, Cloud technologies and complex integrations across banking, health, non-profit, utilities, and government sectors. Ed believes that today’s technologists require a deeper understanding of customer needs in order to provide exceptional solutions that create lasting community benefit.

Rebecca Rawlinson
SENIOR MANAGER, HEALTHCARE VERTICAL
Rebecca Rawlinson Leads The Healthcare Vertical in the APAC Region at Skedulo. With over 15 years’ experience in the Healthcare and Not for Profit Sector, Rebecca is a registered Occupational Therapist and experienced Manager in leading designated change projects to deliver improved customer experience outcomes, system implementation and financial stability in response to the changing NDIS & Aged Care market.

Ben Rasmussen
GLOBAL CUSTOMER EDUCATION LEAD
Coming from a healthcare customer that implemented Skedulo, Ben came on board as a Customer Success Manager supporting healthcare customers all over Australia learn and adopt the Skedulo solution. 3 years later and Ben is now launching our new Customer Education initiative to educate and empower customers all over the globe.
