I FORGOT MY PASSWORD AND NEED TO LOG IN
Let’s start by making sure you aren’t logged in already. Look in the top right of the navigation bar and make sure you don’t see the ‘Sign In’ button. If you see your name, you are already logged in but if you only see the ‘Sign In’ button, head to step 3 below.
If you would like to reset your password;
1. Click on your name in the top right corner next to your profile picture.
2. Select the menu item ‘Log Out’.
3. When you are logged out, click the sign in button in the top navigation bar.
4. When you are on the sign in page, there will be a link called ‘Forgot Password’. Click that link.5.
5. Write your email address and you will receive instructions to reset your password.
I WANT TO STOP RECIVING EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
To turn off email notifications;
1. Click on your name in the top right corner next to your profile picture.
2. Select the menu item ‘Email Preferences’.
3. You will see a list of events with the ability to choose ‘no’ or’ yes’. Select ‘no’ for all the events you do not want to receive email notifications for.
4. Click save at the bottom of the form.
